Perhaps the main feature of the Maggi egg diet is the mandatory strict adherence to all conditions. If any other diet can undergo changes that will not be critical for it and will not affect the final result in any way, then it is categorically undesirable to eliminate any ingredients from the diet (and even more, to replace them with something else). . . . Additional note: the first and second week breakfast should contain one or two boiled eggs and one fruit (grapefruit / orange). In the 1st week it should be whole; in the 2nd week - it is allowed to eat only half.

Furthermore, for your convenience, lunch and dinner will be called meal II and III, respectively.

  • III: a mixture of fresh fruit (can be replaced by a salad of them).

Sunday

  • II: a little chicken, fresh tomatoes, cooked vegetables and citrus.
  • III: a little chicken, fresh tomatoes, cooked vegetables and citrus.

Maggie diet with eggs: 3rd week

Monday

Today all the fruit is at your disposal. You determine the number of meals and their quantity yourself. There are only two standard restrictions: do not eat after 6 pm and do not use what is forbidden!

Tuesday

On this day, cooked vegetables and salads are available to you (of course, without toppings).

Wednesday

Our Wednesday is fruits and vegetables: salad mixes, cooked or fresh food - you choose at your own discretion, avoiding only toppings and forbidden products.

Thursday

As in the best tradition of childhood, Thursday is a fish day. Accordingly, we eat fish, vegetable side dishes, lettuce and fresh cabbage.

Friday

You can relax a little this day. You have the right to indulge in a few slices of meat with vegetables (or a side dish to this).

Saturday and Sunday

At the end of the week to relieve the body a little. On weekends, only one type of fruit is allowed, for which you can eat "from the stomach" at any time.

Maggi egg diet: week 4

Important: you can consume the products listed below at any time, without restrictions, however, it is strictly forbidden to change the menu (remove or replace ingredients)!

Monday

Monday is a difficult day. You are already at home, so treat yourself to meat, fresh tomatoes (3) and cucumbers (4), unsweetened tuna, citrus fruits and toast.

Tuesday

Today, as on the previous day, we "spoil" our body a bit. In general, the diet for this day remains the same, with one small exception: you can diversify your dessert by replacing the already familiar citrus with a slice of melon, apple or pear.

Wednesday

Today we will get a little rich in calcium, and we will add 1 tablespoon to the already known cooked and fresh (2 cucumbers and 2 tomatoes) vegetables. l. cheese or cottage cheese, as well as toast, and, of course, our favorite citrus.

Thursday

Although Thursday is "fish day", today we eat meat, toast (1 piece), cucumbers (1 piece), tomato (3 pieces) and orange / grapefruit (optional).

Friday

Today's diet will be easy: lettuce leaves, a couple of boiled eggs, standard citrus (optional) and a couple of fresh tomatoes.

Saturday

The penultimate day. We begin to slowly prepare the body for the completion of the diet. Today you can afford a little cooked chicken breast of 125 g. cottage cheese or feta cheese, toast, a glass of yogurt, citrus fruits and a couple of fresh cucumbers and tomatoes.

Sunday

Well, the last day has come! Those who managed to "endure" this unequal battle with their own will and excess weight can notice the dramatic changes that have taken place with the figure. But don’t relax too much! Try to control what and how much you eat in the future, and today you can eat a little tuna, 1 tablespoon. l. cottage cheese with toast, some cooked vegetables, citrus, as well as a couple of cucumbers and tomatoes.
